Warning:
A: Our battery can be used well below 0°C (can be normally discharged), but we don’t suggest charging the battery below 0°C.
It is like most kinds of the battery in the market now:
Operating Temperature: Charge: 0°C to 50°C; Discharge: -20°C to 60°C.
Currently our battery can be charged at low temperature, but it is charged with a very small charging current. And we’ve used auto motive grade battery cells which have superior quality. Even if charging in low temperature environment for emergency usage, it will not damage the battery.
We're planning to sell batteries with self-heating functions which allows it to be charged in freezing temps in a few months, and you could keep an eye on our store if you're interested.
A: LANPWR Batteries are IP65 waterproof and dustproof design, but remember that water and electricity are a bad combination. Prolonged exposure to a high-moisture environment may cause water to penetrate the battery and cause irreversible damage. Like with most electronics, never submerge a LANPWR battery.
A: As long as it is a dedicated LiFePO4 battery charger, and the DC charging voltage can reach 28.4V~29.2V, and charging current less than 100A, it could be used to charge our 24V 150Ah battery.
A: There is no doubt that LiFePO4 batteries are one of the safest lithium-ion batteries out there. Due to its chemical properties and safe internal structure, does not contain rare earth elements (like Cobalt) or heavy metals, is non-toxic, including no lead or acid, is non-corrosive, does not off gas, requires no watering or maintenance, can be placed in any orientation, and unlike other lithium batteries, will not explode or catch fire. In addition, each LANPWR Lithium battery is protected from over heating, over charging, and short circuiting, by a battery management system (BMS) microchip that also extends the lifespan and is contained in a rugged, waterproof case (although enough water can conduct electricity between the terminals, so don't submerse the battery). For best performance & reliability we recommend using a LiFePO4 charger.
A: A battery management system (BMS) is a device that manages a rechargeable battery (battery or battery pack). It can monitor the state of the battery to obtain calculation data to protect the battery. For example, it can prevent the battery from overcharging/overdischarging/overcurrent, and it can also provide battery balancing to a certain extent. The BMS can monitor the battery status represented by various items.
1. Voltage: The total voltage, or the voltage of a single cell.
2. Temperature: The average temperature, or the temperature of a single cell.
3. State of Charge (SOC) or Depth of Discharge (DOD): Indicates the charge level of the battery.
4. State of Health (SOH), various defined measures of the overall condition of the battery.
5. Current: The current flowing into or out of the battery BatteryFinds has its own factory to design and manufacture high quality BMS for all types of Lithium battery packs. We test each BMS before shipping and promise that the BMS is fully functional and secure.
A: Our 24V 150Ah battery supports up to 2 identical batteries for up to 48V (51.2V) in series connection.
A: We recommend that if you use 2*24V 100Ah batteries in series, you will get a 48V 100Ah battery system. And this way you will have more options and you could also assemble as other systems as you want. Another point is that the 4*12V 100Ah price will be more cost-effective.instead of 1*48Ah 100Ah.
